If you haven't spent any of the balance, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put it back onto the card. Otherwise, you can't.

I bought a 5 songs off the new Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter album. When I went to report a problem page it is showing me that I bought whole album & which I did not buy the whole album? What can I do?
