I have turn off and delete all previous backup and also remove all devices but my iCloud storage still showing that Backup size is very large.

Try using Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and Manage your iCloud storage.
If you aren’t running beta anymore, and the article did not resolve your issue, I would recommend contacting Apple Support.
