How do I get the court order to access my wife's deceased Apple ID

My wife died a year ago and I am trying to have access to her Apple ID. How do I get a court order to allow Apple to give me access to this information.

You would need to contact a Lawyer, and request they go before a judge to request the court order.

This is a legal proceeding. The Lawyer can tell you what needs to be done, and what documentation will be required based on your legal jurisdiction.

See the support document you posted from for specifics on what the court order needs to say.
