Unable to sync apple music listen histories on iphone to mac

In the recent week, all the listening histories on my iPhone cannot be synced to my Mac.

The "Use listening history" has been turned on everywhere.

I have tried to stop "sync library" and restart it. Nothing happened.

Also, the "home sharing" with "counting plays xxx" is also on. Still, no change.

So, what happened? And how can I solve it?

Syncing Apple Music Play Count and Last played info between iPhone and Mac I am having an issue where the Play Count and Last played info, is very slow to update on my shared devises when I've listened to a song on iOS. For example I have a playlist that contains songs that have not been played in the last 7 days. When I listen to a song from it, it's removed from the playlist on my iPhone, but it's still in the playlist on the Mac. These do seem to update eventually, but I'm looking for a way to trigger this. I use Apple music on two Macs, and to update the play history I select 'Update Cloud Library' in the menu of Apple Music on the Mac I've been listening on. I have 'Use Listening History' turned on on my phone and 'Devices update play counts' ticked on my Mac.

Music - Listening History is no longer syncronizing after applying 17.1 on iPhone and 14.1 on Macbook laptop I don't know if the problem is in iOS 17.1 or macOS 14.1. Listening History was synchronizing fine prior to these latest software patches from Apple. I have reaffirmed that both my iPhone and Macbook laptop have Listening History enabled in each Music app.

iTunes Match - iPhone ratings and history not syncing to Mac Hi all. I used to have iTunes Match many years ago and have recently subscribed again, however, now my iPhone 8 iOS 16.7.1 is not syncing the tracks' Last Played history data to my Mac Mini M2 Sonora's Music app. If I create a Playlist or rate a track on my phone it is instantly mirrored on my Mac so I want to know why the Last Played data is not updating on my Mac and if there is anything I can do to assist it. Thanks

I called Apple support. They say it's a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming update. But I haven't seen anything about it online anywhere.
