How do I use the "go back" function on iPhone with one hand?

There seems to be no standard way to navigate back on iPhone 15 Pro. The issue is I need to hold my phone securely in my right hand and not drop it from the tremors. I can use my thumb to navigate. But I get stuck in many apps.

For instance, in Apple's Shazam app, after looking up a song, I cannot reach the back button on the upper right corner of the screen. The reachability feature does not bring the button close enough. (this is iPhone 15 Pro Max). This is an issue in many apps. Apple Configurator, Duolingo, Google Docs and many more.

On all my androids, I could navigate the entire phone apps from the bottom right hand corner with my thumb.

Show me how to make a reachable back button. Please be sensitive to my condition.

Do not suggest reachability, as that cannot be reached with one hand while gripping the phone firmly. Reaching to the left side of the screen is hard enough.

I am comfortable setting up a custom solution with accessability options.

Has anyone figured out how to use the plus size with one hand like every normal android phone can?
