What are these lines on the left of my edited photos?

Do you really mean top left hand? Three lines at the top right of a photo means that the photo has been edited. I don´t recall ever seeing 3 lines at the top left, so yes, a screenshot might help here!

That´s what I mean...the lines just let you know that you or someone else has edited the photo, that´s all! Here´s one of my edited photos showing the same 3 lines:
