Microphone doesn't work while recording voices

Troubleshooting iPhone Microphone Errors:

A. Provide a Screenshot of this Error:

Can you profile a screenshot of what you see? That would most certain help with this. Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support. IMPORTANT: Be certain t black out any personal information(i.e. names and time) whatsoever of your screenshot, by covering it with red-colored rectangles and such through use of the Photos app.

B. See if anything here helps...

A. Restart your iPhone:

Go Here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

B. Close All Apps:

Swipe your finger up from the bottom-left corner of the screen to the top-right corner, and then swipe up, one app at a time, until all are closed.

C. Clear the Caches:

If it comes down to it, backup your iPhone and then restore from the backup you’ve next created. That will erase the caches. Caches remember what has occurred on your iPhone, to make apps open quicker. Use my User Tip for this: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tip

Get this Diagnosed by Apple:

Apple might fix it free of charge, if found to be be faulty device. Set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be looked at and you'll be provided with your options.
