I keep getting asked to sign into outlook on my iPhone. I reenter my password and it works fine until the next day.

It has happened to me for years, every few weeks, and only Outlook seems to have this problem. Removing the account and adding back as Kilted Tim said is the only known fix apart from saying goodbye to Outlook.
Delete and re-add the account.
You may have enbled 2-step verification for Outlook --> Manage app passwords for two-step verification
I have not enabled 2 step verification. Outlook works fine on my iPad but on my iPhone I have to re-enter my password after awhile. I have tried deleting the account and then adding it back but that has not helped.
Thanks. I have done that several times. The problem still keeps happening. After awhile I have to renter my password.
I do not have it enabled and have removed and re-added accounts back and they still continually exhibit the same behavior.
