Device is offline and any game progress made may not be saved with Apple TV and Apple Arcade

When starting an Apple Arcade game on appletv I get the above message and any progress in game is not retrieved. Some months ago I used Apple Arcade without problems. After that I have enable advanced data protection, can that be the issue?

Clearing data from app on iPad and appletv My hgtv app(and another one I can’t remember) will not let me view programming on my devices even though it says I am signed into tv provider and I have that program on my tv package. I called my tv provider and she said I might need to clear data. It won’t allow me to log out when I am on the app. When I log out in the setting and back in this app still tells me I can’t view it - some code error 403. This is on my ipad, iPhone and appletv. My other apps which I stream are fine such as espn, food network, etc. what do I need to do? thanks in advance

Certain games say their offline on AppleTV I am connected to the internet. All my other streaming apps work. Why does Alto’s Dynasty & Alto’s Adventure say that I’m not connected? They work on my phone and iPad. It’s only AppleTV. And yes, I just re-installed this one too. It didn’t help. This is annoying and it’s been happening for days.

Solved by removing user and then adding user.
