How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone?

I accepted a 3 day trial for QR Scanner Pro for IPhone. Can’t see anywhere to cancel, even though they say you can cancel. Now they will be charging me $49.95 tomorrow if I don’t cancel.

How do I cancel a subscription? It is going to be charged on April 6 for the first time. I don’t want it!!! Trying to cancel before I have to ask for refund!
