Bad camera on iPhone 15 pro

I usually upgrade my iPhone every year and I do this because I want a better camera. This has been the worst upgrade yet. I actually don’t think I’ve had this problem with a new iPhone before. The photos are dimmer and blurry compared to my iPhone 14 Pro photos. The ones I take now are not bright enough and looks like they were taken with an older phone if anything. Apple please fix this! I hope this is one of those things that can be fixed with an update because if not I will be expecting my money back and will no longer be purchasing a new one every year. I also keep hearing people’s devices are getting scratched easily if you got a dark colored 15 pro but apparently Apple is already aware of this. If you are also having issues with your camera I suggest to call them to ask for a solution so that this will be taken care of in a timely manner.

Bought 15 Pro camera is so bad. Front facing is worse. Dark grainy out of focus. I swapped it at store. And same issue.

I went back again to Apple and they restored settings and still I have the same poor camera photo issues.

i asked to be given a 14 Pro (because the 15 pro is worse much much worse) but they said they don’t sell them anymore.

also 15 pro keyboard switches into numbers and other languages all the time it’s so no functional.

I completely agree, the camera both front and back are horrible and faulty. Apple is clearly aware of this due to the massive number of complaints but they are pretending the issue doesn’t exist and hoping the vast majority either don’t notice or don’t care enough. It’s totally unacceptable a device costing nearly $2000 produces worse photos than my 6 year old iPhone 11 Pro

I suggest everyone submits feedback on Apple feedback page and also log a ticket with support (even if they are useless)

Apple needs to either fix this via software update or if hardware related recall the iPhone 15 pro
