I’ve seen this too! There’s a moment I thought it was related to the rotation function, seems too sensitive, and I try to lock the rotation, I thought it’s fixed, but after few try, it’s still the same.

At the end it’s seems if I not preview the photos in camera app, and open at photos apps, it’s seems won’t be minimised.

This because I observed this bug randomly take place and it’s seems only happen when I previewing it, it’s been less than a second unexpected minimised, looks like some calculations or indexing created this error.

Please could you try out not preview by the camera apps and open in photos app instead, is it also fixed to you?
