im having issues with my keynote it doesn’t show document set up how do I fix this, iPad 12.9 pro

Are you following this procedure?

Open the presentation in Keynote.
Tap document name or tap the More button depending on what is shown
Tap Presentation Options, then tap Presentation Setup.

If you using the above, delete Keynote from the iPad then reinstall from the App Store
