Can you help me if i forget my password og my Apple ID

Incase my phone got lost can someone use his/her phone to track it for me, can I do that please?Once am new in Canada here I cudint asked anyone about that so on way home I did find my phone so the next day I went to the shop I got my phone and tell them about it so they call bell for me to make a report about it that's why am asking about that thanks
