I have made many purchases using Apple Pay yet none show up on the app. How do I track those purchases?

I hit the Orders icon in the Wallets app yet no orders show up at all. In addition in Settings/Purchase History all that shows are app purchases & Subscription purchases and renewals. NOTHING SHOWS UP ANYWHERE CONCERNING MY APPLE PAY PURCHASES. PLEASE HELP-
