I'm sorry that it may be confusing that "iOS 17 support Sony A7C2 RAW file".
I mean the RAW images taken by Sony camera A7C2 cannot be opened by iOS 17, while RAW format images taken by other cameras can be opened that list in here Digital camera RAW formats supported by iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and macOS Sonoma - Apple Support

If the Sony A7C2 is not in the list, that means that applications running under the respective operating systems, which depend exclusively on Raw compatibility libraries in those operating systems, will not recognize the Raw files.
As far as I know, Apple doesn't tell customers, in advance, what cameras they will add to the list, or when. Thus we can't answer "will they?" or "when will they?" questions for you.
My understanding is that a lot of the time, camera manufacturers do not document their Raw formats – formats which often change from model to model. So Apple, Adobe, and anyone else maintaining Raw support libraries must reverse-engineer formats. It's a recipe for make-work and delay.
Because Adobe uses their own Raw support code, sometimes the latest version of the Adobe DNG Converter will support a Raw format that the macOS Raw compatibility libraries do not. In that case, Mac users will sometimes take Raw files from cameras and run them through the DNG Converter to produce some version of DNG that the applications which use the macOS Raw compatibility libraries can understand.
The A7C II (ILCE-7CM2) is on the Adobe list.

If you are using the mobile Lightroom app on an iPhone, the latest version of that app might use the Adobe code, and might recognize A7C II raws. Not that this is much comfort if you are using other apps.
Thank you. It bothers me that I am using other app Photomator that depends on iOS/iPadOS Raw libraries.
