Has my iPhone been Hacked?

I have an iPhone 11, running 17.0.3. Googled using Safari this morning, and received these two messages (including "Your iPhone has been hacked / All your actions on the device are tracked by a hacker. / Immediate action is required! / Close" with listed as a website at the bottom at the screenshot.

This is a well known common scam message that is trying to trick you into believing that there is a problem with your phone. The bad guys want to sell you useless software that will do nothing to help your phone or worse.....get you to reveal personal information so they can get into your phone.

Close and Ignore the message and keep working.

Hopefully, you have not clicked or tapped on any links in the message.

I disagree. A non-jail breaker iPhone can be infected and controlled even with the phone locked. Just visit anime websites and within no time at all you will find browser windows opening of their own volition followed by strange behavior outside of your browser. With an affinity to Facebook and news websites and just general phone manipulation.
