How much Free storage space is available on the drives? The only way to get the Free space value is by using Disk Utility, clicking on the "Data" volume on the left pane of Disk Utility and looking at the "Free" value listed just below the storage bar graph on the right pane.
The "Available" value shown is very misleading since "Available" storage is space that may not be usable until some unknown time in the future. It is best to ignore the "Available" value since it has no real bearing on current storage.
What is the exact model of the Mac and version of macOS are you currently running? You can get the exact model of the Mac by clicking on the Apple menu & selecting "About This Mac". And what app are you trying to install?
This is all information you should always provide when asking for assistance.
Is the app you are trying to install even compatible with the version of macOS you are running and the Mac hardware you are using?
And what did you block out there in the last screenshot "xxxxxxxxxxx can't be installed on this disk." ? Seems like we are missing some useful information there.
Try booting into Safe Mode to see if that makes any difference. If Safe Mode works, then it indicates you have some third party software installed which is interfering with the normal operation of macOS. Typical culprits are anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software....none of which are needed on a Mac and they usually cause more problems than they solve.
