Mac mini M2 2023 disconnecting from wifi

After going to sleep mode you can see two (2) bars but is not connected

but even when you have full bar signal out of the blue it will drop to two bars and disconnect !!!

Do I need to change something is my settings? have restarted router again and again

if I switch on off the WiFi button not always but 50/50 I would say the it reconnects!!!

Macbook pro slow to connect to wifi after wakeup when disconnected from wired connection Hi, I have two network connections set up on my mbp, to connect in this order: 1) PPPoE connection that I use when using a wired connection via USB-C adapter. 2) Wifi connection When the wired connection is unplugged and I wake up the laptop, it takes around 30 seconds to connect to wifi, with an error dialog saying "Your connection failed because the communication device is unavailable." Is there a way for MacOS to more gracefully fall back on the Wifi connection when unplugged from the wired connection? Running MacOS 13.0.1 Ventura Thanks!

Sleep is unnecessary and should be disabled. Shut for long absences/idle overnights (i.e. do not manual-sleep), and for regular operation, use the settings exactly as shown here Wake up a remote Mac mini - Apple Community, should fix.
