Can’t pair my new iPhone 15 to a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. What to do? My old iPhone 11 paired perectly. Thanx!

There are no further details. It’s a new iPhone 15, so it should work. I did all the actions one should do and in the past with the iPhone 11 it worked.

I had the same problem and nothing worked, but finally I found out! Just hold a button on your speakers - till the control light will glow dark blue and then purple (it will reset factory settings on your device). After that I finally saw my device in bluetooth settings.

Hope it will help you!

Did you check to see if there is an update for your speaker? Does the iPhone have issues connecting with anything else Bluetooth or is it only the speaker? Contacted the manufacturer of the speaker (or visited their support site) to see if there is any troubleshooting info there or if other users have mentioned an issue?

Have just upgraded my phone to Iphone 15 as well. For a few hours I tried connecting my marshall motifs to it but couldn’t. It shows as Motif ANC LE. I tried to do everything, pairing and unpairing and reinstalling the marshall app.

What worked was I set it up into pairing mode (as per Marshall apps instructions) and connected it directly in my bluetooth settings (not through the app) where it now showed Motif ANC. That seemed to work for me.
