I received a text saying I have 3 extremely harmful files that need to be deleted…should I go to the website it offers??

You received a SCAM message that is trying to trick you into believing there is a problem with your phone in order to sell you useless software or get you to click a link to provide personal information about yourself. Ignore it and delete it.
