R.A.T. Email from me to me

I received a ransomware email from me stating the person had recorded me and will send the video to all of my contacts if I don’t pay $1800 to a bitcoin account and they will “send me an email every day for 3 days, counting down” . I normally click on the senders address to see where a suspicious email comes from which I did and all of my contact info shows up as the sender. This email is not in my sent email. How can they mirror my iCloud info? Is it that easy? It’s my full contact from my picture to my work, home, wife’s info
