How To Transfer an iTunes/Music library from my iPhone 14 to a new Macbook Pro (Apple M1 Max)

I used iTunes on my old Macbook Air and had that library synced with my iPhone 14 Pro. That Macbook is outdated so I purchased a new Macbook Pro. I now want to transfer the files from my iPhone to create a new library on my Macbook Pro. I've tried all of the recommendations online but if I try to sync to this Macbook Pro it wants to erase everything on my iPhone which I obviously don't want to do. Any suggestions on how I can achieve this? Or do I have to manually move all of my music files from my old Macbook to the new one?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16
