im trying to update my Macbook pro 2016 to 13.4 to download Imovie but its says its already up to date wit 12.6

to cut it short I don't have the most recent update on my Mac and it won't give me an option too

An early 2015 through 2016 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to the latest version of Monterey macOS 12 but no later.
