I just installed 2,3 new apps on my iPhone 15 pro max. I’m using iOS 17.1
when I go to App Store > Tap profile pic > scroll down … I can’t find newly installed app on the list. What’s this all about? Is this a new glitch or something??

On my iPhone 11 after tapping my pic and then apps to see what's installed on my cell it isn't showing all my installed apps, they are not offloaded or anything and get used a lot, the shortcuts are all there they just don't exist in App Store. It's only some of them
when I go to App Store > Tap profile pic > scroll down …
Try this -> Tap App Store -> tap profile pic -> then tap Purschased.
