I can't delete apps on iPhone SE using iOS 16.7.2

I have been able previously to delete unused apps on SE using iOS 16.7.1

what do you mean, it must include text? This is text !

If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.

Then try deleting the app again.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. I have the setting at "allow delete", and I still cannot delete the app. Maybe my 2nd generation SE is too old to accept the latest update, 16.7.2?

OK - fixed. I had to find the app in the App Library, instead of the list of apps, and could delete it from that location. Thanks for your help.
