GarageBand Live Loops

Hello, is there any reason why I can’t visualize and use alpha waves Live Loops? When I download it, doesn’t not appear on available Live Loops list. I have problem only with this one. And unfortunately it’s the one I like most. Thanks for helping

I am using GarageBand 10.4.6. Under the loop section I am only able to access some of the green loops and none of the blue loops.
