iPhone 15 Plus Charging intermittently

Brand new iPhone 15 Plus Charging intermittently after iOS 17.0.3. Before this update it was fine. TWO iPhone 15 Plus phones both have this issue and 17.1 did NOT fix this issue. Apple refuses to help. They don’t care about the problem. Mainly happens from around 40-80% sometimes less or more frequent, then it always stops charging automatically at 80% even if battery optimization is turned OFF. You have to disconnect it and reconnect it to charge passed that. Apple tech’s can’t find the issue, they just say software. The first phone had software and hardware issues which was replaced and 2nd one now just has software which they won’t do anything for. They refuse to refund either one, even though customer support agreed to initially refund it but the warehouse and the store don’t want to do so even though problems from the first 2 weeks and extended it to 30 days. Brand new cables and blocks and both of them were replaced. Nothing helps. Apple needs to KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE!!!!! Especially if they want their customers to keep their phones…. Every single person says they’ve never heard about this. A senior advisor at Apple in Australia said my phone charges intermittently ALL the time from 0-100% and it’s most likely due to software error. He recommended the 5w charging block with a usb to usb-c cable which I used, it took an entire whole day to charge it but still had the same outcome. They seem to have serious issues with the charging here on these new phones… I can’t be the only one with this issue since it’s ON TWO OF MY PHONES BRAND NEW OUT THE BOX……. Thanks
