Will any of the new games ever be available for iPhones that are actively being sold that can't run them? A brand new iPhone 15 Plus can't run Resident Evil Village. $1200 for a brand new device that can't even run a current game is a bit egregious, no?
This feels like a slap in the face to the customers that paid $1200-2000+ on an absolute flagship phone (14 Pro Max 1TB) in the same year the 15 Pro was released. It looks very bad on Apple.

It is just an excuse for apple,otherwise as a hardware power on iphones it will be a not problem from the iphone 13 to 14 pro max to run a games same resident evil
I understand your frustration, but the compatibility of third-party apps on the AppStore (both in terms of hardware requirements and in terms of iOS versions) does NOT depend on Apple, but rather on the choice of the developers of these apps.

To my knowledge, that app requires an A17 Pro chip (available on iPhone 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max models), as per this support page https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resident-evil-village/id6450980545 , at the section "Information".
