Inviting Staffbase to App Store Connect Account

The problem is that when I send an invitation to join a staffbase in App Store Connect Account, and when I accept it and enter my information(email,password) it returns me to the initial page. I think that is related to invitation link. If you have encountered this please help because i can not add them to my internal team in order to test an app.
