Right at top:

Major Issues:

Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.

Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed that could be malicious and should be reviewed.

Automatic updates disabled - Automatic updates are disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

Security updates disabled - Security updates are disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure.

Apple security disabled - Apple security software is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

I am not a fan of automatic updates, but security updates should be on.

You can go to System Settings->General->Software Update, click the ⓘ next to Automatic Updates.

I strongly recommend that

"Install Security Responses and system files" be turned ON.

These are most likely malware. No reputable software developer would use these long lists of random digits.

You can manually remove the mentioned files, or run Etrecheck again and see if it offers you the option to do it for you.

EDIT: I had to edit the actual contents below because it would allow me to post otherwise

Unsigned Files:

Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.8033812937321254928.13003367859.plist

Command: /Library/Application Support/com.(long list follows)

Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.111E7E64.4D9E.4C82.B67A.97928FB48EA1.plist

Command: /bin/zsh -c 'echo -e (long list follows)

You also have Chrome, a well known nemesis of any video software.

You need to uninstall Chrome and especially its keystone daemons and agents. They hog the system videotoolbox and cause all sorts of errors in video applications. See https://chromeisbad.com for an explanation.

[Not Loaded] com.google.keystone.agent.plist (Google LLC - installed 2022-10-27)

Command: /Library/Google/GoogleSoftwareUpdate/GoogleSoftwareUpdate.bundle/Contents/Resources/GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent -runMode ifneeded

[Loaded] com.google.keystone.xpcservice.plist (Google LLC - installed 2022-10-27)

Command: /Library/Google/GoogleSoftwareUpdate/GoogleSoftwareUpdate.bundle/Contents/Resources/GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent -runMode xpchost

Let Etrecheck do its "clean up" thing, i.e. remove the orphaned files mentioned under "Clean up".

These appear to be some of the ones that I mentioned above with long series of digits.

Remove Chrome as indicated.

Delete Motion (and FCP if you have it) and download fresh copy(ies) from the App Store.

See if there are improvements. Post an updated report here.
