I was prompted in an email to download an App from App Store to prevent my iPhone from being vulnerated

received alert on my phone that security was breached

Report said that it was from Apple

I was directed to the Apple Store to download a security program

I became quite suspicious when I was asked for payment information

I am attempting to validate that this was a proper transaction
