Is there a way to move YouTube downloaded videos to iCloud?

I have downloaded some YouTube videos to my iPad using the YouTube option. However I cannot see/discover the files. iPad simply says I have used all available local storage. How do I relocate them to iCloud or other storage.

videos that are on iCloud to download to iphone again I wanted to upload a video that I made with Imovie to go to my YouTube channel. There is a video error that wont allow me to do this. It says that the video is on the icloud and not on my phone any longer. I want to get my video back onto my phone. I was able to do this before but need to edit the video. iCloud 4k videos download problems Hello, I have 4k videos in my iCloud and when I downloaded them to my PC, they downloaded as compressed files. I already clicked the 3 dots and downloaded them using the unmodified original option, and every other option available and they're still downloading as compressed files. This never happened to me in the past. I have been logging into my iCloud.com account to download the files. Is this a bug? Hope to hear back, thanks.

Are these videos inside the YouTube app itself? If so, you cannot transfer them elsewhere.
