Can't grant Bluetooth Access to Sony Headphones Connect App

I recently bought the XM4 Headphones and to configure them I have to do it through the app.

I was able to successfully pair my headphones to my iPhone through Bluetooth and hear music but not to the app.

No matter what I do my iPhone appears to never great permission to it, and when I tap on 'Allow' there is no setting to allow Bluetooth connection.

I have talked to Sony and they told me there should not be a problem as the app is compatible with the Headphones and the iPhone model.

I also tried connecting my Headphones to the app in other iPhones (13 Pro Max and iPhone 11) and was successful in doing so with no issues.

When I first install the app in those iPhones, I get the normal message that the app has requested to use Bluetooth while I never get said message in my phone.

Everything has been updated to latest, I have tried resetting network and privacy settings to factory, restarting iPhone, deleting app, all multiple times.

This is the error message I get on the app.

These are the setting after I tap "allow"
