My iPhone 14 starts recording without me pressing the record button

My iPhone 14 starts recording with out me pressing the record button. I set up where I want to record and then it automatically starts recording video. It doesn’t let me record the video that I want to manually record 😠. Is there something I can disable so this doesn’t happen???
