Unable to play song - not encoded correctly?

When I try to play certain songs in a playlist, I get a message "Unable to play 'song title' - the song is not encoded correctly. These are songs in playlists that I've had for years and it happens quite often now.

Exclamation mark at every song in my library, but playing works fine. Hey everybody I don't get it: Why is Apple Music showing exclamation marks in front of every song? When I double-click a song, it plays the song, and the exclamation mark disapears. I did not move or renamed any of the files. Playlist only plays first 100 songs I have a playlist that has ~400 songs in it, which I listen to shuffle on the daily, however recently it has only been playing the first 100 songs during shuffle AND if I try to force it to play a song past the first 100 songs it provides the error message Heading "Not available on the web" Info "You can listen to this on the web" It works just fine on my phone, but on my pc, nothing I use Opera GX if thats helpful at all. (Its not a MacBook pro btw, I just cant find a non-apple product, i have a GeForce tower)

Remove the songs and add them again.
