Icon Missing after update installed series 8 watch

updated iphone 14 pro max to 17.1 then updated series 8 watch to 10.1 now the icon for blood oxygen will not show in lower right corner of watch where it has been for years. tried a different app like calculator and the icon for that app is there. put back the app for Blood Oxygen and no app icon however if you tap that area it does open the app.
