Apple Music not working

This is my daughters iPad and I tried sharing Apple Music and every time she goes to play music it says can’t connect
Same issue with my iPad 7th gen Wi-Fi model 32gb, Apple Music app does not load through shortcut, after manually load I start a track only to stop playing after it ends , all music and shortcuts work normally on iPhone ,sometime the app starts but blank screen, if the track starts no album art, next it’s frozen only to be forced closed ; I have restored the device , alas no difference , would love to hear a response from Apple on this. Besides the usual “next update will fix the issue”.
