ECG not show icon in Face Last night after updating the watch the Face ECG icon disappeared, I have it installed on my watch and can see it in the App View. The area circled in red is where the icon should be. I can click on the area and the app opens, but the icon is still black or disappeared.

Yes, I have the same problem. Also the Blood Oxygen complication icon is gone.
