Troubleshooting Spam eMail:

Unfortunately, once created, you cannot change the iCloud eMail account.

Contact Apple Support:

If you are being boarded with spam eMail, then this is absurd. You need to contact Apple Support, requesting assistance. Ask them about filtering out emails by keywords and domains.

Apple Phone Support:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• Proceed from there as Necessary
• Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Conspiricy Theory Apple is doing this on purpose to force you to change to @iCloud.com, I'm having the same issue with about 100 of the exact same spam messages every day for over a year. Seems a waste of resources and time to have to deal with it. And apple's insistence on handling this server side makes matters worse. Effectively forcing us to check 2 inboxes all day long. (Inbox and Junk) Spam sieve has been my solution and automatically handle all of these issues, but doing it with the native app would be optimal. Maybe we will get email for adults at some point.

Avoiding Shared Junk eMail:

Create Filers: Set Up Rules to Filter eMail in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

All filters contain keywords and are based on a criterium of ideas -- that is how eMail filters work.

So, say: If sender's name is: "Jonny Appleseed" then: "delete the eMail"
