After updating my watch to 10.1, the bottom complication, which was showing my heart rate, is missing. I have tried rebooting both my watch and my phone. The weather (top) and date (middle) work, just the bottom complication is missing.

I also am having the same issue. I use a "photo" watch face and the heart rate complication is blank now after the update to WatchOS 10.1. Other complications work in that location however I can't get the heart rate to show on any watch face in any position.
The complications are actually there however the icons themselves are not visible. It doesn’t matter in which corner they are located. In my case these are ECG and Heart Rate.
I’m have the same problem. ECG and Heart Rate icons are not visible.
My ecg has gone as well but still works if you press where it was
