I can't add cards to Apple Wallet
i have 14 pro max and cannot add any of my debit cards to my wallet. i have spent hours upon hours over the past month trying to resolve this problem. apple support has sent to engineering, i have reset and erased my phone, i have contacted all card issuers and the problem is still not resolved.
i am told from Apple that it is the PNO ( payment network operator) that has blocked my cards from being added to wallet and the resolution is to contact the card issuers and have them contact the PNO directly and unblock the block. when i tell the banks that, they create tickets, appear to not know what the heck i’m talking about and don’t resolve the issue.
i have no issues adding the cards to my apple watch therefore it’s not the cards, it’s the communication between the cards and the IPHONE.
i would gladly contact the PNO if i knew how to. Apple tells me to do that but doesn’t tell me how to do that. i have asked that they get on a 3 way call w/ me and my card issuers and they won’t.
my last option is to get a new phone because the IP address associated w/ this new phone has been blocked somehow from the PNO.
any suggestions on how this has been resolved in the past? i do see it was quite the problem for many others.
