re-initialise iMac 27 (19.1)

How to re-initialise my iMac 27 (model 19.1)? I don't see "Macintosh HD" in Disk Utility. I do see Apple HDD and Apple SSD.

If you mean erase and format, then reinstall the macOS…..?

Thanks.

But...

in the paragraph "Use Disk Utility to erase your Mac" on that page, the last part of point 4 applies: "Don't see Macintosh HD?"

Which points to the last paragraph "If you don’t see Macintosh HD in Disk Utility". That gives: "If your disk still doesn't appear in Disk Utility, … your Mac might need service."

This is to cryptic for me. What sort of problems do I have?

Software, I guess. Because Disk Utility sees the disk.
