Lines moving with Apple Pencil in Notes

In Notes when I activate the lines, the Apple Pencil makes the lines move slightly up every time it touches the screen. It makes writing in a straight line difficult. Any suggestions?

Apple Pencil highlighter tool draws thin line when marking from the right side Using the Apple Pencil and holding it in the right hand and Pencil is horizontally the marker/highlighter is drawing the thin line when I try to highlight something in notes (and making thin lines when moving from top to bottom). Apple pencil trouble When I take notes using Apple Pencil, whether ( note , notability ) the pen suddenly displays parallel lines along the screen at the same time and breaks between letters.. Knowing that the problem does not always persist, but sometimes it appears and some of them do not.. I tried to switch the tip of the pen but to no avail. I tried once before to fix it by making restart for network & really become better but the problem come back again .. kind regards, Omar

Seems limited to existing notes. Creating a new note, exiting and going back into the note does not produce the same behavior.
