how do i fix disabled account if i have already changed my password

I have already changed my password and signed out and back in to my account and it still says apple id is dissabled in itunes and app store

If your Apple ID is disabled in the App Store and iTunes changing your password won't help, as there is an issue with your account that cannot be fixed on your end. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on this issue
