Every time I try to listen to the app for iTunes, or try to download any apps one apple, he keeps saying my account is disabled

I cannot download apps I cannot use the current apps that I have. I cannot update any apps on my device or listen to anything in Apple Music. Why is that?

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
