Apple Business Manager - DEP not working after approving new terms and conditions 24. October 2023

Hi, after accepting that terms and conditions today 25. October 2023, we noticed issues on ABM, with ADE (DEP). All devices are failing now Automated Device Enrolment on Intune. Cannot complete, enrolment stuck on Company Portal, blocking access to all apps. Everything worked like a charm max two days ago...

Interesting enough we are suffering the same problem. The day before building iPads no issues and yesterday morning the iPad now is unresponsive in the company portal. The home button doesn't work and restoring it seems the only option. Once this is done all good again until you log into the company portal.
