I do not have a hard backup saved anywhere, and I need to revert to an earlier backup than the most recent one, as I inadvertently deleted a major of contacts when I deleted a very old Microsoft exchange account that apparently many of my contacts were linked to by accident.

Contacts isn't part of the backup, as it is tied to the Exchange account, you won't be able to recover it unless you know the log in info and the account is still active.

Is it possible to back up my Iphone using an earlier Icloud backup - than the most recent one on Icloud?
