I signed up for Lumi with 99p but they have now deducted 39.99 money from my bank account. I can’t stop the subscription as it doesn’t appear in the list, nor can I delete my payment card as it says a subscription is outstanding. This company is fraudulent and I can’t find any way of stopping it. Anyone else encountered this?
