If your Forgot Voicemail Password:

Look for a place you would have stored the password in, such as a note where you keep a list of your passwords. Voicemail password cannot be accessed through the iCloud Keychain AFAIK.

You will need to contact your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier feature.
